Blue Lotus • Vanilla Honey Elixir is intended for both daily enjoyment and ceremonial use. Take a teaspoon as desired, allowing the honey to melt slowly on the tongue, or stir gently into warm tea, herbal infusions, or cacao. It may also be added to warm milk or plant milk, or drizzled over food such as pancakes, oats, or desserts when a touch of botanical sweetness is desired.

For best flavour, preservation of honey enzymes and aromatic experience, avoid boiling temperatures. Gentle warmth allows the floral and vanilla notes to fully unfold while preserving the character of the honey.
